All Sales Final Policy for Christmas Tree For Me 


General Policy


All sales made through Christmas Tree For Me ("www.Christmastree4me.com", in person, and/or on phone) are final. Once an order for a Christmas tree is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the perishable nature of the product.


Exceptions (Limited)


We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. We may consider exceptions to our All Sales Final policy on a case-by-case basis for the following:


•    Product defects or damages: If the Christmas tree you receive is demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival (e.g., broken branches, severe insect infestation), we will offer a replacement tree, subject to availability.


•    Errors in pricing or product description: In the rare event of a clear error in the price or description of a Christmas tree, we will offer a correction or cancellation at your discretion.


Return Policy


Due to the perishable nature of Christmas trees, returns are not accepted. However, in the limited exception cases mentioned above, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your tree.
